I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Kenya's coastal region. The hotel is located on a bustling main avenue, making it convenient and safe for exploring the local area. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring that my every need was met. I was impressed by their attention to detail and the level of service provided. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day. I particularly appreciated the fact that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and catered to a variety of dietary requirements. Additionally, the price of the accommodation was incredibly reasonable, making it excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory and met my expectations.

The hotel had a very good location and offered a lot of sightseeing options. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything. One big advantage was the free wifi, which worked very well throughout the entire hotel. the rooms were very clean and tidy.

There were some major negatives during my stay. The first was the lack of air conditioning in the dining area, which made it uncomfortable to eat during hot days.

the internet connection was fast and reliable. We found a few restaurants and banks conveniently close to our location. the hotel staff were generally friendly and welcoming, and the room service was reliable.

The furniture in our room looked quite worn out, and the room itself felt cramped.

The hotel offered an exceptional location, making it effortless to get around the nearby tourist spots, and was accessible by public transportation. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially with luggage storage after checkout, and room service had no delays. I loved having an early breakfast before leaving for my business meeting, and the receptionist even called a taxi for me.

The internet connection was poor, and the room decor was somewhat outdated. the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which made sleep difficult, but thankfully the bed was comfortable enough.
